It’s a good job the carp love our Liquid Krill pop ups so much, otherwise there’s no way we’d put ourselves through the pain of making them time and time again! To say our carefully sourced Krill flavour is rather intense does not really do it justice – it’s full on minging! Add to that a good dose of amino heavy Liquid Krill Hydrolsate in each mix and you’ve got a top notch, carp-tastic stinky bait! Just make sure you keep the pack sealed when not in use… or else people might think there’s a dead body in your bivvy!!
Once rolled and air dried for several days we give our hookbaits an extra boost with a light soak in more flavor before packing into our special foil packs. The sealed air-tight packs are designed to lock in every last drop of flavor which can only go one way – into the bait! This ensures that when you open the pack, you (or more importantly the carp!) get a proper smack around the chops!
We add a small amount of liquid bait preservative to our hookbaits during the rolling process which means you can use them session after session with no need for special storage or freezing. Just keep them sealed in the handy zip lock foil pack between sessions. We recommend using hookbaits within six months of purchase to get the best from them, however, you can always use one of our glugs or bait sprays to revitalise older hookbaits.
